A base fee always applies. Where a funding program permits it, a modest success fee is added only if funding is approved. Fees are paid by your business directly and are never charged to the grant. Funding decisions rest with each program, so approval is never guaranteed.

Project-based engagements start at $5,000 CAD. The monthly advisory retainer starts at $6,000 CAD per month. Final pricing is tailored to your scope after the discovery call.

What is the difference between a project and a retainer?
A project is a defined engagement: an audit of one key area, process mapping or a tools review, an action plan or roadmap, working sessions, and follow-up after delivery. The retainer gives founders and leadership teams an ongoing senior advisor, with strategy sessions through the month, async access between sessions, roadmap and vendor guidance, and a monthly priorities review.

Yes. We write lender- and investor-ready business plans, and every plan includes a full financial model with projections.
