Kerry-Ann McAnuff

Founder, Tech Us Forward

Kerry-Ann brings nearly 20 years across financial technology, customer experience and global business operations, leading international programs and award-winning customer experience teams. Earlier in her career she held finance and operations roles at ADP, BMO and AIG. She holds an AI Strategy certification from Cornell University, is a certified Project Management Professional, and has been named Innovation Catalyst of the Year.

Calvin Pascall

Partner, Tech Us Forward

Calvin brings more than 20 years of leadership in customer success, sales and service across national and global operations. He has led client services for ADP’s HR outsourcing business and customer success for LinkedIn Talent Solutions’ enterprise clients, and he built the training program behind the Canadian launch of Best Buy Mobile. He is known for building high-performing teams and using data to improve how businesses serve their customers.
